The site has capacity for the development of a total of 330,000 m2 of warehouse and industrial space. In the 45,000 m2 first phase, the minimum leasable area is 3,200 m2. In the second phase we will offer leases even from 1000 m2. In addition to the planned modern facilities with 24-46,000 m2 of basic floor space, there will also be leisure and community services provided to help promote recreation in this liveable, people-centred logistics park.
