HelloParks continues its development in the western agglomeration of the Hungarian capital, in Páty. Situated on a 108-hectare site, HelloParks Páty is located in the western part of Budapest, along the M1 motorway and only 6 km from the M0, and 10 km from the M7 junction, making the park attractive for both national and international transport. A total of 354,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space can be developed on the site.
The first phase of the megapark is a 58,000 square metre Big Box hall, which is the largest single modern industrial facility in the catchment area of Budapest. The PT1 building was built to the highest Outstanding rating of the BREEAM New Construction sustainability standard. The warehouse is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
